Accessing Your Score
Accessing your REAC Inspection Score Report

HUD no longer mails REAC score and inspections reports.  Reports may only be obtained through PASS (the Physical Assessment Sub-System), a part of the web-based HUD Secure System.  You must register the property owner and assign a member of the company as a Coordinator.  Your Coordinator then needs to obtain an "M" ID number and an access key code.
REACSolutions' position has long been that your scoring report - the Inspection Summary Report - is an absolutely critical document, that you should download and analyze as soon as possible after your REAC inspection, and that you should keep the report available for future use.  It is of vital importance that you learn to read it correctly.  We call it the "Rosetta Stone" of the inspection process and results.

You need this report in order to appeal an inspection, and to help you prepare for your next inspection.

You can begin the registration process on HUD's web site.  Many people experience trouble getting access key codes to finalize set-up.

If you are having difficulties gaining access, we refer you to our friends at Murphy Consulting.  They are HUD Secure System experts who can help, simply troubleshooting or handling the entire process for you.
